  • Bunjin

The Bunjin-cho arrangement is based on a Japanese interpretation of the tastes of Chinese literature. It gives much weight to the symbolic use of plants and has an expressive literary quality.

The four principal characteristics of this arrangement are: Simple, Natural, Rich, and Elegant. It can be arranged with or without a container, the latter called Bunjin-Morimono.
